Architecture and deployment
Solution overview
TracklinIQ’s architecture is designed to ensure secure real-time monitoring, data integrity, availability and scalability.
It is structured around the platform, devices and communication layer, with flexibility to accommodate different operational and technological frameworks
Communications layer
The solution can utilise mobile networks, Wi-Fi and various positioning technologies to maintain a continuous flow of data between devices and the monitoring platform
The architecture also provides for compatibility with public or private networks, depending on the scenario and deployment requirements.
SaaS, on-premises and hybrid
TracklinIQ supports SaaS, on-premise and hybrid deployments. This allows the implementation to be tailored to different requirements regarding data sovereignty, cybersecurity, infrastructure and operations.
For the customer, this flexibility makes it easier to choose the model that best fits their legal and technical framework without compromising on a unified platform experience.
Scalability and performance
The architecture is designed to handle large volumes of concurrent users, process alerts in real time and scale in line with the programme’s growth.
This helps to ensure service continuity and maintain responsiveness as operations scale up.
Support and SLA
TracklinIQ offers different levels of support for TracklinIQ. Basic support is designed for testing, demonstration or pre-production scenarios, whilst Premium support is recommended as a minimum for mission-critical production environments.
The Premium level includes 24/7 access to the NOC, ticket management, software warranty, remote preventive maintenance and updates.
A secure and reliable solution
TracklinIQ enables the management of users, devices, alarms, communications, reports, auditing and integration with control centres, with flexible deployment models and support options tailored to the service’s level of criticality.
