Real-time monitoring
The platform enables devices to be tracked in real time using GPS, Wi-Fi and other positioning sources, and displays this information on a map alongside connection status, battery level and user data.
Alarms and geofences
TracklinIQ generates alerts for entering or exiting geofences, low battery, loss of signal, tampering, SOS activation and other rule-defined events. The system also allows you to configure inclusion or exclusion geofences and adapt their behaviour to timetables or authorised exceptions.
It enables more proactive monitoring: there is no need to wait to manually review what has happened, as the platform alerts you when it detects an event requiring attention.

Multi-channel and voice communication
The platform allows notifications to be sent via various channels, such as the web, WhatsApp, SMS and email, and also enables two-way voice communication with the devices under surveillance.
This improves operational contact capabilities and helps to manage alerts, verifications or summonses directly from within the system.
Audit and traceability
The audit module records events generated by devices and users, as well as actions carried out by operators within the platform.
Those responsible for managing the device will benefit from a more transparent operation, with improved capabilities for review, internal control and documentary support. It enables the reconstruction of what happened, when, in relation to which case and what follow-up action was taken.
Integration with control centres
TracklinIQ can be optionally integrated with control and emergency centres within the Teltronic ecosystem, linking events, management workflows and real-time geolocation.
This integration helps accelerate coordination and improve situational awareness in scenarios where every minute counts, enhancing the distribution of alerts to law enforcement and military police forces, reducing response times, and supporting coordinated and efficient action among the different agencies responsible for public safety.
Remote update
TracklinIQ enables remote firmware updates for devices, avoiding unnecessary on-site interventions and reducing the operational impact of maintenance tasks.
This capability helps keep devices up to date throughout their lifecycle, incorporating improvements, fixes or configuration adjustments in a more efficient and controlled way.
Device interoperability
TracklinIQ is designed to integrate with devices that have a compatible command interface, making it easier to incorporate them into the platform without limiting the solution to a single manufacturer or device format.
